Hot Water:
The hot water service to your apartment is provided via a centralized gas and solar hot water system located on the roof of the building.
This system recirculates hot water throughout the building to minimize waiting time.
Each resident is billed for the quantity of gas used. Meters located behind corridor access panels measure the volume of hot water consumed.
