When moving in, it is vital to contact the Building Manager, via email, two days prior to your move so that a lift can be locked off for your use.
Lifts at Jaques can easily be broken by striking &/or obstructing the doors. If you or your movers damage the lifts you will be held liable for the cost of a technician to attend site and repair it.
