Your connection also includes a Pay TV point. You will need to arrange a connection for Pay TV directly with Foxtel (131 999 or https://www.foxtel.com.au) at your own expense.

PHONE & INTERNET CONNECTIONS

Eporo Tower is NBN ready and each apartment contains data points that allow you access to internet services. You
will need to arrange your own connection through your preferred provider.

MOVE-IN PROCEDURE 

It is imperative you book your move in 48 hours prior to moving in. 

Move-ins are permitted Monday – Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. 

All moves and deliveries must enter the building via the rear entrance off Sutherland Street.

RUBBISH DISPOSAL

Rubbish chutes are located on each floor, adjacent to the lift lobby. Please refer to the user manual for further

A Residents Lounge is located on level 11. Here you will find a movie area, library, and external balcony area

STORAGE CAGES & BIKE RACKS

If your apartment comes with a storage cage, this will be located on the carpark levels. You are required to provide
your own locks to secure the cages.
Bike storage racks are located on Basement 2, Ground, and Level 4-10 inclusive.

CAR LIFT

Eporo Tower uses a car lift to move your vehicle to the building level your car park is on.

Please refer to page 13 of the ‘Eporo Tower Apartment Operation and Maintenance Manual’ for instructions on how to operate the car lift. It is essential you read this information before operating the car lift.
