Move In Information
To ensure that the process of moving is conducted in an organised manner with minimal disruption to other residents, the following guidelines must be followed:

Bookings are essential and must be made at least 48 hours in advance through the Piccolo House App.
The caretaker will meet you on site and supervise the move, do not move any furniture without the supervision of the caretaker.
Moves must be completed within the 2 hour allocated time booked.
Times will be subject to availability between Monday – Friday and 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Please take note of the lift dimensions:
Lift entry door: 900 mm x 2100 mm
Internal lift dimensions: 1430 mm (W) x 2000 mm (L) x 2400 mm (H)

Please note that access for Move Ins will be via the main entrance on John Street only.

Car Stacker Information
Each apartment comes with an allocated car space on the building’s car stacker system. Please confirm your car space number to ensure you are parking in your allocated space.
Please take note of the car stacker limitations:
Maximum dimensions: 2000 mm (H) x 2400 mm (W) x 5000 mm (L)
Maximum weight: 2600 kg

Use of the car stacker is strictly prohibited until an induction has been completed.

A reminder when using the car stacker to always close the stacker door after use.

Note: Renters will be liable for call out fees and repair costs where damage has been caused by the renter or their guests, or for failure to follow induction/use processes.

Rubbish Disposal
Garbage disposal and recycling chutes are available on each level for general waste and recyclables respectively. Please ensure that rubbish is appropriately bagged and disposed of in the correct chute. Garbage and recycling facilities are also located in the bin/recycling room on the ground floor.
It is imperative that cardboard or anything else that could block the chute is taken directly to the bin rooms, not put down the chute.
