Move In Information
All move-ins and deliveries must be booked through the Building Manager.
The lifts are not to be used for large items when residents are moving into their apartments. 

Any large items such as couches, beds, whitegoods, etc, should be moved via the Goods Lift. 

For access to the Goods Lift, please contact the Building Manager. The Goods Lift must be loaded correctly at all times. 

The maximum capacity of the lift is 2500kg and each item loaded into the lift must not exceed 625kg (25% of the maximum capacity of the lift).
