When reporting an issue, please be as specific as possible regarding the location and nature of the problem (e.g., "Ensuite bathroom tap is dripping" rather than "tap leaking"). Providing photos or videos greatly assists us in organizing the right tradesperson.
Troubleshooting Checklist
Before submitting a request, please check the following common issues to avoid unnecessary call-out fees:
- Power Issues: Have you checked your safety switch/fuse box? Is there an outage in your street?
- Appliances/Remotes: Have the batteries been replaced recently?
- Lighting: Have you tried replacing the light globe?
- Hot Water: Is the pilot light on (for gas systems)? Is the isolation switch on (for electric systems)?
