Gas Hot Water:
The Quays has a centralized gas-fired hot water system which is maintained by the Owners Corporation.
Each apartment is fitted with a hot water meter which Origin Energy can determine how much gas each apartment has consumed.
Origin Energy will then bill each apartment owner/occupier for the gas consumed to heat up the hot water consumed by each apartment.
Greater Western Water – 13 44 99
All cold water consumed by the centralized gas-fired hot water system is billed directly to the Owners Corporation.
The Owners Corporation then recovers this cost in its Owners Corporation fees, similar to the gas consumed by the cooktops.
Move In Information
All residents must contact the Building Manager to book their move in.
Only half day bookings are permitted Monday — Friday, 9:00 am — 12:00noon and 1:00 pm to4:00pm.
Weekend moves will be allowed only through the Resident Manager. It is to be noted that the Resident Manager will need to arrange for staff to work overtime to facilitate this and a charge of $550 incl GST will need to be paid in advance to allow a move to be booked.
