Website enquiries and your information

This notice explains how Ausky Property Group handles information submitted through this website. It covers website enquiries about buying, renting, selling and property management. Separate processes and notices may apply to tenancy applications, identity checks, transactions and our Inspect Now app.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, and any phone number, property address or message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond and follow up on your request. Required fields are identified on the form. Without your name and a valid email address, the form cannot be submitted; you can also contact us by telephone.

Please avoid including identity documents, bank details, passwords or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.

Where enquiries go

Submitted enquiries are saved in the website’s private administration area. Enquiries about current listings are emailed to the assigned listing agents; historical property enquiries and general website enquiries are emailed to cliff@ausky.com.au. Authorised Ausky staff can use them to respond to your request. Our hosting and email service providers process information to operate these services. The website is hosted through Linode/Akamai, and enquiry notifications use Tencent Enterprise Email. Tencent is a China-based provider; email processing may involve infrastructure outside Australia.

Website operation and external services

The server records ordinary access and error logs, including information such as IP addresses, requested pages and request times, for operation, troubleshooting and security. Administrative login uses cookies. Property information is supplied through ListOnce. This website does not send your enquiry details to ListOnce as part of listing synchronisation.

Links to external websites, including insurers and Google Calendar, are subject to those providers’ own privacy practices. Choosing Google Calendar sends the public inspection details to Google so you can create an event. Downloading an Apple/Outlook calendar file does not give Ausky access to your calendar.

Spam prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device signals to perform this security check. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare to confirm the result; the enquiry message and contact fields are not included in that verification request. This security processing may occur outside Australia. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We also use hidden spam checks and submission limits to reduce automated or repeated enquiries.

Property pages include embedded Google Maps to display the advertised property location. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google and Google may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s Privacy Policy. The map uses the property address; Ausky does not request your device location to display it.

Access, correction and privacy questions

Contact us if you wish to ask about an enquiry you submitted, correct your details, request removal, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests for removal are considered alongside any applicable record-keeping requirements.
