The Apartments are fully wired for Foxtel. If you wish to organise the connection of your service please contact Foxtel. Foxtel will bill you directly for your usage.

Keys & Security Access Cards:
You have been provided with one key to your Apartment. If you require additional keys you will need to order these through the Owners Corporation.
You have been provided with a security access swipe card. The access card will provide entry to the main entry points to the building, car park door, lifts, Level 1 recreational areas, Level 2 landscape area and Level 27 landscape area. If you require additional access cards you will need to order these through the Body Corporate.


Move In Information

Please contact YOUR Body Corporate prior to ‘moving in’ to arrange access and adhere to the Body Corporates protocol.

During move in all furniture, appliances and personal items must be moved up to your apartment in the Lift, which will be covered to ensure no damage to the lift takes place. The front foyer is not to be used for storage of furniture, appliances and personal items during move in. Please ensure that furniture fits in the lift prior to move in day. The dimensions for the lifts are as follows:
